Technical production for Visa’s LAC Annual Market Kickoff FY25 at Breathless Cancún Soul. As the brand agency’s local production house in Cancún, Allset+ translated its creative direction into technical production across the plenary sessions, the welcome reception and the rooftop after-party.

Challenge

Carry Visa’s visual identity and presentation content across a panoramic LED backdrop on a stage approximately 31.7 metres wide and 6.1 metres deep — where screen placement, stage access, lighting and audience sightlines all needed to work together.

Approach

Integrate audio, wireless microphones, stage monitoring and lighting in a single technical plan, with a video system of three camera positions, presentation playback, switching and LED processing, plus recording and streaming over wired internet with a dedicated satellite backup — supported by crew intercoms, coordinated installation, technical checks, client rehearsals, and tailored audio, DJ equipment and lighting for the welcome reception and the rooftop after-party.
